Scope of Services
Our coaching services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, online courses, and workshops. We will work with you to create a coaching plan based on your individual needs and goals. Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, and we do not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health conditions.
Fees and Payment
We will charge you a fee for our coaching services, which will be agreed upon prior to the start of the coaching relationship, as mentioned on website or agreed mutually.
Confidentiality
We will keep confidential all information shared with us during the coaching relationship, including but not limited to your personal information, goals, and any trade secrets or proprietary information. We will not disclose such information to any third parties without your express permission, except as required by law or court order.
Termination and Refunds
You may terminate the Purchase by providing written notice to us. If you terminate the Purchase within 2 days of Purchase, we will refund 50% of the amount. No refund, after 2 days.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our coaching services on an “as is” and ” as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our coaching services, and we are not responsible for any harm or damage that may result from your use of the coaching services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the coaching services or your use of the coaching services. Our liability in any event shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the coaching services.
